Due to the high demand, for all shipments please refer to the following timeline for when all orders are expected to be processed:
- Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays & pre-orders).
- Orders placed after 4PM EST will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays & pre-orders).
- Orders placed after 4PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays & pre-orders).
All orders typically SHIP WITHIN 72 hours after they begin PROCESSING, pending availability and credit card verification.
Naildots.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. If your order contains a custom or non-specified variety, we will attempt to contact you for clarification. If clarification emails are not responded within 24 hours, we will fill your order with a similar style to keep from holding your order.
