USPS
Shipments are sent via USPS First Class unless otherwise specified via direct email and unique circumstances. Delivery generally occurs within 3-10 business days for domestic and Canadian orders after processing, pending on availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 72 hours depending on when the order was placed.

U.S. Shipping:
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 day

Delivery occurs within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and also processing time. Processing time may take up to 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Tracking information will be emailed to you when shipment occurs. Delivery is not guaranteed.

USPS Express Mail - 1-2 day

Delivery occurs within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and also processing time. Processing time may take up to 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Tracking information will be emailed to you when shipment occurs.

Plan Ahead

Delivery of your items within your timeframe is not guaranteed, ever. We do our best to process orders and deliver them to USPS in the quickest possible fashion, however, there are times when this isn't always within our control. Please understand that we are a small company creating the product on demand. We do not have a warehouse stocked of all items, they must be produced on demand. Plan ahead to provide the best possibility that your products will arrive within the time frame you are expecting. Should you need an item in a rush, please choose RUSH ORDER at checkout and overnight shipping. Contact us immediately as well at naildots at gmail.com to indicate directly to us that these items are needed quickly. We will let you know at that time if we will be able to meet your deadlines.

Important Notes:

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 2 to 3 business days.
  • Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
  • A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding certain holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The Buyer hereby authorizes NailDots.com (Laura Jarbeau) to import and or export purchased goods on his/her behalf. Further the buyer agrees that NailDots.com (Laura Jarbeau) may delegate the obligation to import and or export the purchased goods on the buyer's behalf to a subcontractor. The buyer agrees to pay any and all taxes and duties due in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you have not received your items within 14 business days, please contact us.  We will work with you to locate or replace your missing items.  All claims of non-receipt must be filed within 30 days of your order.
